Can I cancel anytime?
The monthly plan renews and can be cancelled at any time from your billing dashboard — you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. The 3-month and 6-month plans are one-off payments: there is no subscription to cancel, nothing further is charged, and access simply ends when the term does.
Do the 3-month and 6-month plans renew automatically?
No. They are single payments that buy a fixed period of access. You will not be charged again, and you will not be locked out mid-term. If you want to keep going afterwards, you buy again.
Can I get a refund?
Fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law — including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we do not exclude. See the Terms of Service for the full position.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Your card details never touch our servers.
What happens to my progress if my access ends?
Your account and all saved progress are kept permanently — attempts, streaks, flashcard history and flagged questions. You just lose access to Pro features until you buy again.
